About this item This first-class karate gi has WKF approval and features the official Tokaido logo embroidered on the right chest, neck, and shin. This Kumite Gi is worn by active world class karate fighters and its simple design and loose cut make it ideal for kumite trainers. Made from 100% polyester with an approximate weight of 3.5 oz, the gi has the same finish on both the inner and outer fabric.
The suit is super comfortable thanks to an extra-wide and soft elastic waistband on the pants. The high proportion of polyester means the suit hardly shrinks even after many washes. The quick-drying material ensures that the gi stays opaque, even when damp after intensive training sessions.
The delivery includes the jacket and pants, but the belt is not included. The Kumite Master K1 is the first karate gi to feature red and blue shoulder embroidery simultaneously. This gi is reversible, meaning one suit is theoretically enough for a competition according to WKF rules. It is also great as a backup gi, with the same surface on the inner and outer fabric.
The high level of wearing comfort is complemented by the gi's durability and the extra soft elastic waistband.
