The YAKUDO Heavyweight ULTIMATE Kata Uniform by TOKAIDO is a tournament-style do-gi that is the result of extensive research and competitor feedback from various styles. This uniform is designed to be the best possible option for kata practitioners. The YAKUDO ULTIMATE is made from the highest quality, strongest, and heaviest 12 oz cotton canvas to withstand extreme wear and last a long time. This superior grade of cotton canvas has double the tensile strength and 20% more friction resistance, creating a powerful sound when executing techniques. The uniform is cut in a tapered fashion for freedom of movement and is built to last, becoming more comfortable with time and use. Cotton is a natural wicking material that helps keep moisture away from the body.

When properly cared for, the YAKUDO ULTIMATE may experience some shrinkage: up to 2.2% in length and up to 1.8% in width. The uniform features a Japanese cut, is made in Japan, and has a drawstring waist (belt not included). See below for the size chart:
